  • Once you have signed your contract with us, the onboarding phase begins. This phase lasts about one month. During this time you will complete our onboarding checklist and upload all assets to us. In the meantime, we will onboard you into our internal systems and set up a meeting to go through your client onboarding questionnaire together.

    Next, we will carry out an audit of your social media to gain a better overview of the current state of your account. Afterwards, we will create a custom social media strategy that will guide our content for the next 6 months.

    Once the strategy has been approved, we begin creating your content. We will set up a brand shoot with you (if it is part of your selected package) to get high-quality photos and videos. Once we are finished creating your content, captions, hashtag and SEO strategy, and feed design, we will send you your next month's content proposal preview for approval. You can request edits and give feedback on individual posts to ensure you like the direction we are going in. Once the content is approved, we are ready to post.

This ensures that every step we take aligns with your brand's identity and objectives.

This process takes time but fosters genuine connections, building a community and loyalty. Additionally, the 3-month period provides valuable insights into what works best.     After the initial 3-month period, you have the flexibility to cancel your contract at any time with a 30-day cancellation notice. We believe in transparency and ensuring that our clients have the freedom to make decisions that best suit their needs.

This proposal includes various elements, including a sample feed design, all photos, videos, and graphics attached, along with captions, hashtags, SEO keywords, audio, and relevant links. Additionally, you'll have access to your content calendar, allowing you to review each post and its scheduled posting date. Should you require any edits to the proposed posts before they go live, you're welcome to request them within the proposal.
